Twenty Five Street Home: Redefining Urban Living

Architect Daniel de Amorim introduces "Twenty Five Street Home," a residential and commercial building that harmoniously blends nature and technology, drawing inspiration from Manhattan's High Line. The project aims to create a welcoming and relaxed environment, integrating the man-nature concept in the heart of an urban setting.

The development boasts unique features such as interconnected spaces, high-level acoustic insulation, thematic decoration, and a double glazing structural system. It also incorporates sustainable technology, including a ventilated facade and high-performance frames, ensuring a seamless integration with the surrounding environment.

The project has received prestigious accolades, including the Silver A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding innovation and technical excellence.

"Twenty Five Street Home" spans 12,334.41 square meters on a plot of 846 square meters, featuring 24 floors and 34 housing units. The building is set to be constructed in Itapema, Santa Catarina, Brasil, with a design phase that commenced in February 2022 and was completed in March 2023. Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2023, with an expected completion date in June 2027.

Architect Daniel de Amorim and his team, including Amanda Maffezzoli, Guilherme Molinari, Jaqueline Gaida, Jéssica Braz, and Mayron Rodrigo, have meticulously crafted this project to provide a unique and uncluttered space for its residents. The design embodies a balance and harmony of opposites, offering a quality of life above standards by integrating nature, technology, and comfort.
