Oriental Aesthetics Explored in "Sanjiang Plum" Sales Office Design

Guobiao Cao's "Sanjiang Plum" sales office design, located in Wenzhou, beautifully blends modern aesthetics with traditional Oriental influences. The project, covering 1898 square meters, reflects the city's history while offering a novel, contemporary experience. The irregular wave-shaped ceiling, made of custom-made aluminum hanging boards, creates a fluid and inclusive space, evoking a modern artistic sensibility.

The design team, including Guobiao Cao, Lei Yang, Xuxiong Yao, and Tao Chen, meticulously crafted the space to respect tradition while meeting the aesthetic and functional needs of contemporary individuals. The bar counter, featuring water texture embellishments, adds a delicate and profound beauty to the overall space.

Starting in June 2020 and finishing in July 2020, the "Sanjiang Plum" design project overcame the challenge of transforming a square box into a captivating public space. The layout divides different zones with distinct functions, guiding guests seamlessly through the space. The design skillfully conveys Wenzhou's imagery of water and light, creating an experiential life aesthetics showroom with a contemporary art atmosphere.
