Janus, the brainchild of WY&P, is a breakthrough in the world of wristwatches. With its dual-dial design and interchangeable straps, Janus offers a new level of versatility and style for watch enthusiasts. The iconic case and oversized lugs give it a charismatic presence, while the innovative design provides extra functionalities for analog watch lovers.

What sets Janus apart is its ability to combine dual-dials with an interchangeable strap, allowing users to flip and switch dials, as well as change straps to match their daily outfits and activities. The watch features a mix of automatic and quartz movements within one case, offering the unique capability of dual time zones and creative dial development.

The design realization technology behind Janus is equally impressive, with a unique clipping system that uses specific material resistance to create the clipping spring feature. The watchcase and lugs are made of high-quality steel, while the straps are crafted from genuine leather, ensuring both durability and style.

WY&P's founder, William Volcoff, along with Kang Jing and Bastien Henry, led the design team behind Janus. The project, which began in September 2014 and concluded in November 2018, was a result of heuristic design research and extensive testing to refine the innovative features of the timepiece.

Janus has garnered significant recognition, receiving the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Jewelry, Eyewear, and Watch Design category in 2020. The award reflects the exceptional creativity and impact of Janus, recognizing it as a trendsetting creation that embodies extraordinary excellence.
