Beijing, China - YLH Design unveils Zhenlong Mansion, a sales office project inspired by the Beijing Directorate of Imperial Academy, combining classical Chinese Academy style with modern design.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
YLH Design presents Zhenlong Mansion, a sales office project located in Beijing, China, spanning 1270 square meters. The design draws inspiration from the Beijing Directorate of Imperial Academy, infusing the space with humanistic aesthetics and Chinese artistic conception, creating a scholarly and artistic environment.
The project showcases distinctive Chinese characteristics with the use of Chinese red as the main color, imitating the layout of an ancient Chinese Academy, and utilizing materials such as wood and ecological materials. The space comprises a hall, corridor, negotiation area, and sand table area, presenting a calm, scholarly, and artistic ambiance.
Utilizing traditional Chinese tenon and mortise structure, stone seal cutting techniques, and wallpaper rubbing, the design incorporates ancient wood grain stone, cultural rubble, ancient wood grain ceramic tile, metal, wood facing, hand-painted wallpaper, silk glass, silver mirror, and cobble materials.
Incorporating a unique blend of dynamic and static elements, the sales office is divided into two floors, offering a serene and elegant atmosphere. The first floor features a sand table area, model exhibition area, negotiation hall, VIP room children's area, and bathroom, while the second floor houses the office area and model rooms.
The project commenced in December 2019 and was completed in March 2020, showcasing the meticulous research and attention to detail in combining traditional Chinese architectural style with modern design elements.
