Crystal Residence by Shu Ching Huang

Inspired by the elegance of crystal lamps, the Crystal Residence in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is a testament to meticulous attention to detail. Completed in December 2021, this five-story, 640 sqm house showcases innovative design solutions to overcome architectural challenges and create a luxurious yet functional living space.

The residence features unique design elements such as integrated stone TV walls, grey mirror accents, and a multi-purpose room for entertainment and family interaction. The use of metal materials and decorative art elements adds a touch of low-key luxury, creating a visually stunning and comfortable living environment.

Shu Ching Huang's design approach emphasizes space openness and functionality, with a focus on enhancing interaction between family members and friends. The project, which won the Iron A' Design Award in 2024, demonstrates a perfect blend of practicality and innovation, setting new standards in residential interior design.
