Through the automatic generation of task cards and recommendation of job positions based on interacting with coaching AI, Career Up promptly translates ideas into actions, easing the burden for users toggling between different apps. The platform's interface with progressive elaboration supports users in attaining long-term success without the cognitive burden of setting goals and constructing the management dashboard.

Adopting a conversation-led approach with vibrant colors and sleek animations in a transparent glassmorphism style, the platform establishes a visually captivating environment that sustains user engagement and sharp focus on their objectives. With AI-generated career-oriented coaching background, it creates an immersive and personalized coaching experience setting it apart from existing services.

The project started in April 2023 and finished in June 2023 in London. The research commenced with competitor analysis and semi-structured interviews to glean valuable insights into users' experiences, perspectives, and needs regarding career management. The resulting data shaped a design concept, optimizing information arrangement and user interactions to enhance the overall user experience.

CareerUp helps early professionals to streamline and organize their career development journeys. It uses engaging conversations and smooth interactions to provide the easiest and most effective method for managing a job search, boosting productivity, and enjoying a stress-free experience.
