Located in conghua city, guangzhou Province, the project was completed in 2021, offering a captivating blend of traditional Chinese painting culture and natural beauty.

The design of the space is rooted in the rich history of the location, resembling an island where locals would take boats to enjoy the sunset by the riverside. The interior design aims to revive this cultural heritage, creating a captivating environment that resonates with the local community and attracts potential buyers.

Key features of the Sales Gallery include a central feature above the model area, designed to create a sense of openness and a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The design team carefully selected lightweight materials to ensure a gentle breeze flows through the space, enhancing the overall experience for visitors.
