Sunac Sunac presents Sunac Guobin Road, a modern residential project in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, integrating natural landscapes with urban living, set to be completed by December 2024.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Sunac Guobin Road project, designed by Sunac Sunac, draws inspiration from the geomorphic features of nine mountains and one water in Guiyang, integrating the concept of landscape into the city. The design aims to express a natural artistic conception of simplicity through the use of modern materials such as stone and glass curtain walls.
The project, located at the foot of Nanyue Mountain, Nanming District, Guiyang City, leverages its surroundings to create elite housing that embodies the temperature and culture of the old city. With a total capacity area of approximately 980,000 square meters and a land area of 250,000 square meters, the project offers a unique living experience with a floor area ratio of 4.98.
Utilizing brick concrete and a frame shear structure system, the design overcomes complex height differences and slope challenges, creating a multi-level platform to harmonize with the natural mountain terrain. The project also addresses noise impact and adverse factors, fostering a harmonious relationship between the architecture and its environment.
The top of the building is designed with vertical components and floating plate elements, seamlessly integrating the building with nature. The project's timeframe spans from January 2021 to December 2024, showcasing the meticulous research and creative solutions employed to achieve a modern, ecological home in the heart of the urban core.
The Sunac Guobin Road project has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022, highlighting its exceptional innovation, technical prowess, and remarkable design expertise.
