Restelo: City-Inspired Living Space

Atelier Ana Rita Soares introduces "Restelo," a bespoke villa project designed for hotel chain owners in Lisbon, Portugal. The project, completed in 2020, reflects a city-inspired living space, emphasizing open floor plans and urban sophistication.

The contemporary architecture and organic, refined lines define the house, featuring custom-made elements and carefully selected design items from renowned brands such as Minotti, Rimadesio, Cattelan, Trussardi, and Arketipo. The living room area, stairs, and hall showcase the seamless integration of city-inspired design elements, offering a unique and inviting ambiance.

The Atelier's design team, including Ana Rita Soares, Rita Nobre, Marta Venâncio, and Lara Martins, meticulously crafted the living space to promote socializing and relaxation. The open-space style, combined with biophilic design elements, creates a harmonious blend of urban living and natural surroundings.

One of the project's highlights is the two-story bookcase in the living room, connecting the space with the home office on the second floor. This custom-designed feature adds a functional and aesthetic dimension to the living area, offering ample space for decorative items, plants, and hidden storage.

The Atelier's dedication to understanding the client's preferences and vision is evident in the meticulous research and 3D proposals that shaped the design.
