Mavo introduces the Phantox Pro, a manual coffee grinder that redefines the art of coffee preparation. Drawing inspiration from camera lens apertures, the Phantox Pro features a specialized dial that enables manual hyperfine adjustment, transforming the routine task of grinding coffee into an engaging and interactive experience. This innovative design fuses professional functionality with ease of use, allowing baristas to tailor each grind for diverse flavors.

The Phantox Pro boasts a patented Starblade burr design measuring 45mm in diameter, offering efficient and superior grinds to enhance the sweetness and clarity of the coffee. Crafted with 5-axis CNC machining, the all-metal casing exudes a refined mechanical aesthetic, while the central shaft, stabilized by three bearings, maintains tight tolerances under 3 microns. The precisely crafted adjustment dial offers 120 settings for hyperfine adjustment, catering to any coffee type from espresso to cold brew.

With its user-friendly design, the Phantox Pro covers various grind settings within a 360-degree rotation, featuring 12 main settings, each subdivided into 10 finer notches at increments of 0.0167mm for hyperfine adjustments. This allows users to tailor each grind for any coffee type, satisfying even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts in pursuit of peak flavor.
