Maha: A New Level of Comfort and Elegance

Lodovico Bernardi, a renowned designer from Foshan, China, has introduced Maha, a new line of dining chairs that redefine comfort and elegance. Inspired by the idea of creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, Maha chairs feature simple lines, wood, and fabric, making each piece welcoming and versatile for various spaces.

The unique strength of Maha lies in its delicate lines and comfortable volumes, with a cocooning seat and backrest based on the repetition of a curved element. The chairs, available with or without armrests, stand out for the wooden tongue that joins the two elements on the rear, adding a touch of sophistication to the design.

With dimensions of W489*D547*H798 and a seat height of 464mm, Maha chairs offer a generous size, making them perfect for relaxation and comfort.

Moreover, Maha has been recognized for its outstanding design, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade acknowledges the innovative and creative approach of the Maha chairs, showcasing technical and creative excellence that contributes to enhancing the quality of life.

The project, which commenced in August 2019 and concluded in February 2020, was exhibited at Furniture China in March 2020, garnering attention for its unique blend of simplicity, cleanliness, and welcoming Nordic and Scandinavian influences.
