Quix vending machines offer hot and cold drinks and snack meals, providing a quality self-service experience with guaranteed product excellence. The project, which commenced in January 2020 and concluded in August 2020 in Rijeka, Croatia, involved extensive research and brand strategy workshops to define the brand essence and personality.
The design faced challenges in a competitive market oversaturated with coffee products, leading to the creation of a branding concept that appeals to a wide range of consumers, from university students to office staff. Despite the low price point, the branding successfully communicates the Italian-inspired experience.
Anja Zambelli Colak, an award-winning designer, has brought her expertise and passion for branding to create Quix, a design that has been recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding innovation and artistic skill.
