Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue: Redefining Residential Living in Changzhou Jintan

Feng Yang, the chief architect, and his design team at Dotint have unveiled Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue, the largest "Metropolitan Style" community in East China. Situated in Changzhou Jintan, this residential development promises a brand-new living experience, blending classic architectural identity with contemporary urban lifestyle.

The project, covering a site area of 374,000 square meters and a construction area of 747,000 square meters, aims to create a vibrant living center integrating commercial, shopping, educational, and cultural activities. The community facilities are strategically arranged to provide open, inclusive, and diversified living scenes, fostering an energetic metropolitan ecological system.

The club, designed as a centralized building in a curved form, serves as a community center and leaves ample space for essential facilities such as a community library, kindergarten, waste transfer station, and retail area. The design emphasizes the future scalability of services along the central axes, ensuring a high-quality living environment for the residents.

The project, initiated in June 2018, is a testament to the design team's strategic intent, emphasizing the order and layout of the spatial system to create a continuous scenario-based community environment. The scale of the project posed significant creative and technical challenges, pushing the design team to develop innovative solutions to realize a metropolitan style on a larger scale.

Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, showcasing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements, making it a better place for all.

For more than fifteen years, Feng Yang has been a key figure in contemporary urban residential design, delivering influential and exemplary real estate masterpieces. His collaboration with Vanke for the architectural style and design system of the “Metropolitan Series” has set a new standard, integrating classic architectural style with contemporary urban life, shaping the future of urban real estate value orientation.
