Juan Carlos Baumgartner, along with his team, has designed Aon's new corporate office, focusing on socializing and casual encounters to intensify communication and collaborative work. The 5,550.00 sqm area features zones dedicated to informal work, connecting with support areas, private spaces, and an open work area with a glass facade, providing constant access to natural light, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

The project, completed in November 2016, integrates warm colors and bright tones in key areas, unifying the image and reinforcing the company's identity. The design incorporates marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture, creating a dynamic and modern environment that aligns with Aon's philosophy of wellbeing and sustainability.

The success of this project lies in understanding the organization's needs and converting the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity. Aon's new office is a testament to Space's unique concepts and methodologies in corporate design in Mexico and Latin America.
