Anahita Factory, spanning 2500 square meters across three floors, redefines industrial town architecture, catering to diverse needs such as labor, staff, accommodation, sports, and management. The project marks a significant shift in architectural art within the industrial sector, breathing new life into a previously overlooked area of construction.

Utilizing a single material in the construction of roofs and building shell, the project emphasizes simplicity in construction technology while maximizing functionality. The central courtyard serves as a focal point for interaction, fostering connectivity between workers, employees, and management, while maintaining independent spaces for each user group.

Located in Tehran, Iran, the Anahita Factory project underwent fundamental changes in its initial plans, with construction commencing in August 2021 and concluding in August 2023.
