What sets The Majestic Watch apart is its ability to captivate viewers with its constant movement of gears, bringing them on a journey to a time of wonders. The watch's unique features, including a small Bluetooth speaker and a lever to activate its light, make it a true entertainment show.
While currently existing only in 3D software, Caputo envisions producing The Majestic Watch in real, showcasing its flexible candy band and adjustable features.
Andre Caputo's meticulous attention to detail and visual balance between shapes, colors, and features posed creative challenges during the project's development. However, his dedication to making this masterpiece unique and functional resulted in a design that alludes to elements of the past and evokes a sense of magic and wonder.
The project, which commenced in June 2019 in North Vancouver, was completed in September 2019, with the watch's design and functionality meticulously crafted using Modo for 3D modeling, shading, lighting, composition, animation, and rendering.
