Green Field Watchmen: Redefining Ecological Rice Packaging

Peng GuoZhi, a senior packaging designer and brand marketing consultant, has unveiled the Green Field Watchmen, a groundbreaking ecological rice packaging design. Inspired by the wildlife of the rice's place of origin, the packaging features vivid personifications of roe deer, red-crowned crane, manchurian tiger, scaly-sided merganser, and sable. The brand name, "GREEN FIELD WATCHMEN," reflects humanity's connection to nature and conveys the ecological nature of the product's growing environment.

Printed on recycled paper and bonded to corrugated paper, the packaging is not only visually striking but also environmentally friendly. The unique style and personalized animal characters make Green Field Watchmen stand out in the rice product category, fostering a strong connection with consumers and effortlessly capturing attention in any setting.

Launched in October 2023 in Hangzhou, China, the Green Field Watchmen packaging design is a result of extensive research on consumer perspectives, ecological environments, and rice packaging available in China. The design overcame challenges of convincing customers of the authenticity of ecological rice by leveraging the natural affection for animals and emphasizing the greater value of deliciousness in ecological rice.
