Golden Year Wheel: A Tranquil Wonderland for Relaxation and Leisure

Jheng Chen Interior Design proudly presents "Golden Year Wheel," a residential project designed to provide a vacation-like and stress-relieving experience for the client. Completed in February 2023 in Taiwan, this project redefines relaxation and leisure in a 235-square-meter pre-owned apartment, offering a unique blend of modernity, curves, and various materials.

The project's core concept of "spatial transition" is evident throughout the design, guiding inhabitants into a state of relaxation from the entrance to the living spaces. The public area features elegant curves and a soothing color palette, creating a cozy atmosphere that feels like a pleasant and relaxing wonderland for the family.

Notable design elements include spatial transition in the public area, different material matching in the private area, and the use of natural wood grain, slab tiles, architectural concrete, and eco-friendly latex paint. The project also features vibrant blue-green colors and off-white floor tiles to symbolize the earth, contributing to a tranquil and vibrant ambiance.

The project's unique strengths lie in its coherent spatial design, distinct material matching in private areas, and the use of innovative building materials to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Golden Year Wheel has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2024, celebrating its outstanding creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
