New H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. unveils Hardware Device Management 2, a groundbreaking AI-powered management software, transforming server operation and maintenance for SMEs with innovative features and intuitive design.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
New H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. introduces Hardware Device Management 2 (HDM2), a cutting-edge AI-powered management software revolutionizing server operation and maintenance for small and medium-sized enterprises. HDM2 offers full-lifecycle monitoring and management of devices, utilizing AI algorithms for intelligent warning and pioneering intelligent linkage between temperature and devices. The software's 3D color expression visually represents temperature-sensing data, facilitating rapid fault location and analysis. Additionally, HDM2 features a Fault QR Code for quick fault location and solution retrieval, enabling a closed-loop operation.
Utilizing an AI algorithm, HDM2 calculates warning thresholds based on multi-dimensional monitored data, predicting device status and enabling O&M personnel to conduct fast fault location and automatic analysis. The software supports remote control through a mobile app, real-time interaction, and precise positioning, significantly reducing maintenance costs and increasing deployment efficiency by 24 times. HDM2's lightweight style and intuitive interface cater to the reading habits of modern young people, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience.
The project, led by Jia Zhou, was completed in January 2021 in Hangzhou, China. HDM2 is the result of extensive research aimed at addressing the complexities and challenges of server O&M, particularly for SMEs. By incorporating original Temperature Ocean Technology and the Fault QR code design, HDM2 offers a safer, more intelligent, and efficient O&M experience, overcoming the limitations of traditional server management software.
