Wang Hui Ting's latest project, a luxurious residential apartment collection, showcases a unique blend of exquisite luxury style and open space planning, allowing the owner's collections to take center stage.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wang Hui Ting's residential apartment collection is a testament to the designer's ability to blend luxury and functionality seamlessly. The space, transformed from a three-bedroom layout to a one-bedroom, one living room, and one wine cellar, exudes a holiday-like atmosphere with its natural materials and open, capacious layout. The design allows for the prominent display of the owner's red wine collection, fashionable boutique items, and artwork, creating a space that treasures every bit of life's memories.
The apartment's central bar counter serves as a link between the living room and wine cellar, incorporating elements like Soseki Natsume marble to create a grand atmosphere. The non-decorated wall surfaces extend throughout the public and private domains, fostering a sense of calm and stability while highlighting the art collection. The use of stainless steel, titanium plating, and metal decorations adds a luxurious texture to the space, enhancing its overall appeal.
The project, completed in April 2020 in Taiwan, presents a unique challenge in the form of a stone skin TV wall, requiring careful transportation and installation to achieve a layered effect without damage. Additionally, the design incorporates transparent glass in the wine cellar, balancing aesthetics with the need to maintain the ideal temperature for wine storage.
Wang Hui Ting, the director of EMA Interior Design, is known for her ability to deeply integrate the owner's preferences with professional design skills, maximizing the budget effectively. Her expertise lies in creating flexible and unique space characteristics through the use of simple and natural materials, as demonstrated in this award-winning residential apartment collection.
