Wei-Wen Liao's Neutral Line Residence

Wei-Wen Liao's ZYJ Interior Design introduces the Neutral Line Residence, a modern smart home project completed in August 2020 in Zhubei City, Taiwan. The design concept focuses on future living trends, integrating intelligent technology and separate living and working areas to enhance the overall living experience.

The overall white color scheme allows light and shadow to play with the space, while Spanish tiles and a balance of warm and cold colors embellish the living areas. The integration of intelligence technology, including Xiaomi's Smart Technology series, enhances the quality of life by enabling remote control of various home features.

The project overcame layout challenges to create a warm and spacious atmosphere, integrating a Feng Shui aquarium design as a central feature. The design team's meticulous attention to detail and use of diverse materials, including Spanish ceramic flooring and Moru glass, resulted in a harmonious and elegant space.
