Renowned designer Tzu Lung Liao's "Sunlight" project, a three-bedroom, two-living house in New Taipei City, Taiwan, seamlessly integrates natural elements with a Nordic color scheme, creating a harmonious living space that reflects the owner's preference for serene hues.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Inspired by the owner's desire for a home with views of farmland, sea, and urban landscapes, "Sunlight" is a testament to the seamless integration of natural elements with interior design. The three-bedroom, two-living house features a comfortable public space that allows a family of four to coexist comfortably while having their own favorite independent space. The design's unique strength lies in its ability to naturally present a sense of life from any perspective, with the living room, study, and kitchen connected as an open and cheerful field.
The color scheme, predominantly white and wood grain, reflects the Nordic wind favored by the owner, creating a soft and warm space that links the outdoor environment with the interior. The master bedroom features an elegant blue color, while the children's rooms incorporate lively shades, catering to their individual tastes.
The project, which began in July 2020 and concluded in October 2020, was executed in Taiwan, China. The design's seamless integration of natural elements and serene hues reflects the owner's preference for a comfortable and relaxed environment, focusing on life itself as the design's purpose.
"Sunlight" by Tzu Lung Liao embodies the "artisan spirit" of ceaselessly pursuing innovation and change, infusing each space with new vitality through the designer's ingenuity. The project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
