Ruilan: A Sophisticated and Functional Residence

Reem Creative proudly presents Ruilan, a stunning residential project designed by Chun-Kai Yang, tailored to meet the unique needs of a couple with two children, where the husband is a chef. The project, completed in October 2023 in Taiwan, showcases a perfect blend of sophistication and functionality.

The 99.1 square meter customized project features a transformed open-plan kitchen, utilizing color and material differentiations to delineate various functional areas. Dark ceilings and wood veneers create a professional and elegant ambiance, while the living room and bedrooms exude comfort and freshness with light-colored walls and wood floors.

The use of high-quality materials such as quartz stone, large slab tile, Formica laminates, and titanium plated board, combined with meticulous attention to detail, ensures a durable and aesthetically pleasing space. The project was awarded the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its practical and innovative design that meets professional and industrial requirements.
