An Innovative Solution for Allergic Rhinitis Patients
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
An Chen introduces Atori, a portable rhinitis nebulizer designed to provide an elegant and discreet solution for allergic rhinitis patients. The product addresses the lack of suitable emergency methods for sudden outbreaks of the disease in public, offering a user-centered design that allows for correct medication administration without the need for extensive learning.
The unconscious design of Atori is based on user behavior, ensuring that patients can use it discreetly and elegantly. By modifying the angle of the nozzle and adding a structural curve against the nasal cartilage, the product enables correct medication administration, while a switch button controls the dosage released at one time.
Atori utilizes small ultrasonic nebulization technology to convert liquid medication into a mist for inhalation therapy. The design features an integrated shell produced through the injection molding process, with a replaceable medicine bottle to extend the product's life. The materials used include silicone, PET, and PVC, ensuring a sustainable and portable solution for rhinitis treatment.
The project, which started and finished in January 2022 in Shanghai, was exhibited at Hâart Beijing in the same month. An Chen and the design team, including Wentao Zhang, Xiyu Zheng, Xueying Sun, and Jie Zhang, worked closely with professional physicians to deliver an innovative and user-centered product design solution.
Atori was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its practical and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements. The product's integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics contributes to a better world, providing fulfillment and positive feelings for users.
