Catzz Cat Bed: A Modular and Interactive Feline Haven

Mirko Vujicic, a Belgrade-based industrial designer, introduces Catzz, a stylish and functional cat bed inspired by the unique geometry and behavior of felines. The design, born in early 2019, offers a warm and snugly environment for cats, with the flexibility for personalization and adaptation to their preferences. The modular structure allows for easy maintenance and flat packaging, enhancing convenience for both owners and their furry companions.

The Catzz cat bed is crafted from triangular felt modules and plastic plates, assembled with snap fasteners for easy disassembly, washing, and reconfiguration. The product dimensions are 570mm in width, 580mm in depth, and 610mm in height, providing ample space for feline comfort. The triangular modules, with an edge dimension of 288mm and a thickness of 11mm, offer a contemporary and adaptable design suitable for various cat personalities and needs.

Designed to meet the needs and wishes of cat owners, Catzz underwent thorough research and testing to ensure ease of cleaning, personalization, contemporary aesthetics, and reasonable pricing. The innovative use of snap fasteners and plastic plates overcame the challenge of creating a sturdy yet easily assembled cat bed without the need for screws or tools. The sleek, geometrical design and modular structure enable easy maintenance and customization, catering to both feline and human preferences.
