Service Design for College Enrollment

Ruiqi Yao's groundbreaking service design project aims to transform the college enrollment experience by fostering collaboration among university departments. The project, initiated in 2019 and completed in 2020 in China, focuses on understanding and addressing the needs of students during the enrollment period.

The project introduces an innovative online collaboration platform and offline space, enabling executives from different departments to work together efficiently. This approach facilitates the seamless coordination of services, including consulting, admission reception, guidance, and the provision of admission brochures, ultimately enhancing the student experience.

Through the redesign of the work model, the project enhances the ability to work across departments, promoting sustainable connections and services for students. The project's unique features include the definition of value goals, work mode, and interactive function design, all aimed at creating a student-centric enrollment process.

Ruiqi Yao's service design project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in revolutionizing the college enrollment experience.
