Fabrizio Constanza Unveils Gambit, a Luxurious Chess Table Inspired by Industrial Revolution

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Introducing Gambit: A Luxurious Chess Table Inspired by Industrial Revolution

Fabrizio Constanza, the renowned designer, presents Gambit, a one-of-a-kind chess table inspired by the industrial machinery of the late 18th and early 19th century. The table elegantly combines the art of war and chess-playing with a rough exposure system, offering a sublime experience for the players. The asymmetrical design features aluminum elements supporting two oval glass tops, creating a sophisticated and stylish piece of furniture.

Gambit is a sophisticated and modern gentleman's chess table that provides space for drinks, cigars, and cellphones on the luxurious auxiliary top, allowing for multitasking during the game. The oval board game surface enables easy movement around the board, making it a luxurious decorative piece for gentlemen.

The table tops are produced using 12mm tempered glass, while the base is crafted from aluminum using lathe and mills by master craftsmen. With dimensions of 1010mm/650mm/800mm, Gambit is a unique design that combines form and function in a remarkable way.

Over the last 25 years, Fabrizio Constanza has consistently challenged the traditional boundaries between visual and functional art. His body of work includes conceptual art and functional art, and he has been recognized as the most awarded studio furniture designer in the region. Fabrizio's design process has been applied in projects ranging from architecture and interior design to consulting in commercial and private projects.
