Luxurious Hotel-Themed Homestyle Residence

Chen-Yu Chiu's Cest Si Bon project is a breathtaking example of luxury residential design. The space is infused with ingenious spatial expressions, a calm and relaxing color palette, and rose gold titanium-plated stainless steel accents, creating a pure and feminine atmosphere. The living room features a semi-transparent partition, allowing natural light to flow in and enhancing the entrance area with an embossed pattern of Italian mineral paint. The study room and living room are separated by a large glass panel, extending the space and creating a transparent, open feel.

The design team made use of titanium-plated stainless steel, Italian mineral paint, large-surface spray paint, system cabinets, Neolith, metal sheets, tiles, herringbone wood flooring, and other materials to realize the project. The space is adorned with rose-gold color liquid-type ornaments, expanding the elegant and luxurious ambiance throughout the boundaries.

The dining room serves as the focal point in the public area, with the design team making moderate adjustments to expand the space and accommodate up to six people. The use of titanium-plated stainless steel metal throughout the space adds an elegant and luxurious ambiance.

The project overcame challenges such as space limitations and integration issues, resulting in a simple and elegant space through smart circulation ideas and material selection. The use of glass panels and transparent materials creates a more permeable and spacious space experience, overcoming the initial size constraints.

The Cest Si Bon project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. Chen-Yu Chiu's dedication to creating a luxurious, functional, and visually stunning residence is evident in this award-winning project.
