Modern Kingdom: Redefining Luxury with Modern Craftsmanship

Te-Chih Lo's Modern Kingdom project redefines luxury with a modern touch, using black, white, and grey colors to create spatial tranquility. The space offers different views with each step, providing a dynamic and static experience. The design values the taste of life, peace of mind, and the rhythm of lines, showcasing modern simplicity with ingenious details. The imported tiles with powder coating, wooden geometric forms with Lotos plaster and metallic molding, and contrasting black and white lines demonstrate cold and hard elements with distinctive layers.

To create a comfortable space conforming to living habits, Te-Chih Lo carefully observed the house owner's life experience and living details, expanding the existing space due to the extension of the spirit. The design team meticulously implemented sustainable eco-friendly principles, replacing natural marble with imported tiles and selecting systematic cabinets with renewable green materials. The woodwork features eco-friendly paint, aligning with the core values of patience and devotion.

Te-Chih Lo's Modern Kingdom project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authenticates experience and resourcefulness. The project exhibits strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
