Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club: A Stunning Community Clubhouse in Qingdao

31 Design Shenzhen's latest project, the Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club, has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. Located in the picturesque city of Qingdao, China, the club is a testament to modern design excellence and innovation.

The design inspiration for the Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club is rooted in the interplay between tradition and modernity, life and art. The club's architecture, characterized by a spiraling structure, maximizes natural light and offers breathtaking upward views, creating a space that fosters better communication and a sense of amiable community.

The club's unique location, nestled between mountains and the sea, has influenced its design, resulting in a seamless integration of natural elements and contemporary aesthetics. The use of natural materials and the incorporation of the surrounding seascape contribute to the creation of a tranquil and cozy atmosphere, reflecting the club's commitment to exquisite life aesthetics.

The club spans an impressive 4239 square meters and features a sculptural structure that houses a variety of functions. The innovative design pays homage to traditional Chinese gardens while embracing modern sensibilities, offering residents a new understanding of the circle of home and life.

31 Design Shenzhen's Creative Director, Tao Huang, and Chief Designer, Zhihong Li, led the project, which commenced in January 2019 and was completed in June 2019. The club's design embodies a wide range of scenes, extending the pursuit of a quality life and providing a new consumption experience where urban living aesthetics integrate with mutually supportive communities.

The Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club stands as a testament to 31 Design Shenzhen's commitment to pushing the boundaries of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationships, earning the esteemed Golden A' Design Award in 2021.
