Located in Beihai, Guangxi, the Zhangtai Haitang Bay project by 31 Design Shenzhen is a revolutionary approach to real estate sales centers. The design team has redefined the conventional impression of sales centers, creating a vivid, situational, and artistic scene that brings space, nature, and people closer. The interior design breaks away from stereotypical commercial features, offering a serene and pure space that blurs the boundaries between architecture, art, and culture.

The 2206 square meter space seamlessly merges design elements into the surrounding environment, empowering the venue to convey powerful emotions and offer a huge visual impact to visitors. The design features smooth curves that outline the enchanting beauty of the building, with spiral ladders creating an air of other-worldly magic, evoking a sense of wandering on the clouds.

Completed in August 2019, the project started in July 2019 and is a winner of the prestigious A' Design Award, receiving the Golden A' Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding and trendsetting approach to interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
