SS01, a mesurement system designed and developed to improve sitting especially for person who use wheelchair, functions as a robotic system with 15 actuators and several sensors to accurately log seating positions, center of gravity, and wheel torque. This innovative technology allows users to test multiple seating positions rapidly and obtain quantitative data in real-time.

Measuring 2526mm in width, 3950mm in depth, and 1250mm in height, SS01 is a versatile testing system that originated from the development of a racing wheelchair for the Paralympics. It has been refined through extensive testing and feedback from experienced wheelchair athletes, resulting in a highly adaptable and effective solution for wheelchair seating optimization.
