Ann Yu's TIC Art Center is a public urban landmark project that encompasses landscape, architecture, interior, and products, offering a comprehensive spatial experience. The project aims to revitalize traditional craftsmanship and environmental-friendly architecture, becoming a destination for visitors and enhancing the brand and land value in the area.
The center features red bricks created by 25 sets of molds, resulting in rich specifications and a modernized scale and proportion. The project's double-layer curtain wall system combines traditional ceramic bricks with modern structural design, achieving a unique grid masonry effect. The architecture also incorporates a 'valley' passageway, offering flexibility for multiple functions and alterations.
Completed in October 2021 in Foshan, the TIC Art Center covers a landscape area of 16,000ã¡ and a building area of 8,000ã¡. The project's design was influenced by the evolving game rules in the real estate market, signifying a new journey of refined product-oriented long-term development for Times China.
