Jun Zheng unveils "Deep Attachment," a residential house design inspired by the owner's love for pigeons, creating a harmonious living space in Tangshan, Hebei province, completed in July 2019.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jun Zheng's "Deep Attachment" project, located in Tangshan, Hebei province, is a remarkable transformation of a factory dormitory into a smart and relaxing living environment space. Inspired by the owner's childhood love for pigeons, the design encapsulates the peace and harmony of coexisting human and animal life.
The 1000 square meter space features an open layout, symbolizing the color and freedom of pigeon wings. The project's unique strength lies in breaking the original dull pattern, creating a space that is both modern and simple, with a touch of gentleman style.
Challenges such as multiple pipe installations and the need to infuse contemporary language into an old space were overcome, resulting in a space that balances dynamic and static elements. The project, which began in April 2018, was completed in July 2019, showcasing the designer's 22 years of experience in the interior design industry.
