QUAD studio unveils the Chengdu NBD Centre, a groundbreaking architectural marvel set to transform Chengdu's urban landscape. Strategically located in the Jiaozi Park business district, this innovative project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and pioneer a new era of sustainable urban development.

Embracing the city's vision of a smart, green metropolis, the NBD Centre integrates seamlessly with the upcoming metro lines, embodying a fully integrated Transport Orientated Development (TOD). With a focus on sustainability, the design features a breathing façade and cutting-edge environmental technologies, aiming to achieve PRC 3 Star Green Building certification.

Spanning 171,650m2, the NBD Centre boasts a 120m twin office tower, offering a dynamic space for digital media, cultural offices, and exhibition centers. Its unique design, characterized by a multi-level green roof system and LED media integration, positions it as a cultural icon and a beacon of sustainable urban development in Chengdu.

QUAD studio's visionary approach, in collaboration with Atelier 10, has redefined the concept of urban architecture, creating a vibrant, interconnected space that fosters community engagement and cultural enrichment. The NBD Centre's innovative design and commitment to sustainability have earned it the prestigious Platinum A' Design Award, recognizing its exceptional contribution to societal wellbeing and transcendent excellence in architectural design.
