Renowned designer Wenyuan Chen unveils the limited edition Constellation lighter packaging, a unique collection inspired by the zodiac signs. The packaging, designed exclusively for Zippo enthusiasts, features an innovative light-up effect and a sleek, space-inspired design.
The packaging engages users by illuminating the zodiac signs, creating a captivating display. Each unit is rechargeable and can last for twelve hours, offering a mesmerizing visual experience. The packaging also doubles as a display tool, with magnetic features and a hidden stand for easy showcasing.
Constructed predominantly from sustainable paper materials, the packaging reflects Zippo's core value of inspiring creativity. The project, which commenced in April 2020, presented technical challenges, including the development of a new light program. However, after months of collaboration with engineers, the team successfully integrated the unique light effect into the packaging.
