Unity Design Atelier, led by He Wang and Hancui Lu, has revealed the groundbreaking Jiruishe Loft Office in Longhua District, Shenzhen. The innovative office space, completed between 2019-2020, redefines traditional workplace design in a compact area, emphasizing adaptability and collaboration.

The 9.4m x 3.9m x 4.4m space has been transformed to accommodate various working patterns, promoting meditation, solo work, reading, teamwork, and more. The design integrates natural light and fresh air, creating a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

Utilizing a free address workstation and purpose-designed workplaces, the office offers a flexible space to support different work activities. The central functional clusters act as the main amenities while forming the verticality space, promoting interaction and collaboration among employees and external collaborators.

He Wang and Hancui Lu's design is a response to the transformative impact of information technology on office organization and work. The loft office serves as a hub for networking, training, and knowledge sharing, embracing the foot-loose, mobile, and virtual nature of modern workplaces.
