"Fancy" - Redefining Coworking Office Spaces

SeeING Design Ltd. proudly presents "Fancy," a 109 M2 coworking office space in Taipei, Taiwan. The design concept aims to blend the functionality of an office with the elegance and comfort of a hotel, offering a unique and inviting workspace for business professionals.

The design team, led by Ya-ping, Fan and Chi-fen, Yang, incorporated soft colors and materials to create a sophisticated and comfortable environment. The office space features an impressive entrance leading to a beautiful reception area, complete with a chic bar, reminiscent of an exclusive hotel lobby.

Despite the luxurious ambiance, the design prioritizes practicality, with a focus on easy maintenance and the use of low-cost materials. The space is designed to accommodate the evolving needs of modern work trends, catering to individual users as well as corporate units.

Throughout the design process, the team overcame challenges posed by the original residential building structure, adapting the space for office usage. The interior design reflects a harmonious blend of industrial and natural elements, creating a serene and functional workspace.

"Fancy" has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category, underscoring its innovative and creative approach to coworking office design.
