Casa as Retreats: Redefining Luxury Living

SeeING Design Ltd. proudly presents Casa as Retreats, a stunning residential house that redefines luxury living. The project, led by designers Ya-ping Fan and Chi-fen Yang, commenced in March 2019 in Taiwan and was successfully completed in July 2019 in Taipei City.

The 109 M2 property is a testament to the fusion of technology and human nature, as the design team aimed to create a space that caters to the inner needs of its occupants, particularly the house owner, who frequently travels between Vietnam and Taiwan.

The design is characterized by its use of glazed fine porcelain stoneware, wall paper, laminate floor, and custom hand rusty iron, ensuring easy maintenance for the traveler-owner. The public areas, including the guest room, dining area, and kitchen, are distinct from a typical residence, catering to hosting parties for important guests.

One of the most notable aspects of Casa as Retreats is its ability to seamlessly transition from a private abode for the owner to a guest house for distinguished visitors. The design reflects thoughtful details to avoid a sense of restraint and distance, offering a warm and welcoming environment.

The project was awarded the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its innovative and practical approach that meets professional and industrial requirements, while integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics.
