Next Hub: A Blend of Architecture and Landscape

Ahmed Habib introduces Next Hub, a mixed-use project in Jeddah, KSA, inspired by traditional markets and Saudi topography. The design integrates hospitality, administration, entertainment, retail, F&B, and recreational zones, creating a dynamic composition of masses and courts that fosters a dialogue between internal and external spaces, maximizing natural daylight and landscape views.

The project boasts a unique blend of concrete, steel, honed silver travertine stone, black steel, desaturated brown stucco, and double-glazed glass, with a plot area of 23000 sqm and a maximum FAR of 1.2. The hotel, admin buildings, F&B shops, kids entertainment, outdoor plaza, and parking are strategically laid out, offering a vibrant urban experience.

Next Hub stands as a testament to Ahmed Habib's architectural prowess, delivering a quality social experience while respecting climate requirements and cultural needs dictated by Arab traditions.

The project design process commenced in July 2020 and concluded in October 2020, positioning Next Hub as a modern marvel in Jeddah's architectural landscape.
