FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Polina Nozdracheva's "Emerald" is a one-of-a-kind equestrian complex, inspired by the urban design structure of the terrain and horse technology. The complex is a functional division into six blocks with stables, arenas, and a central administrative block, resembling a gem sparkling its facets.
The functionality of the complex is reflected in its urban and architectural design, with extended facades of arenas and stables directed towards the central administrative block. The use of wood as the main construction material emphasizes environmental friendliness, creating a unique and spectacular image that "plays" with faces like an emerald.
Projected on a 5.0 ha area with a maximum height of 15.95 m, the complex features large indoor arenas, round playpens, and a demonstration arena in the central part, catering to professional athletes and visitors alike.
The "Emerald" complex is part of a large recreational area of over 200 ha, carefully designed to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors, including families with children and disabled individuals. The project, which started in October 2017 in Moscow, Russia, has been recognized with the prestigious A' Design Award in 2020.
