"River Cloud" by Shang Cai

Shang Cai's "River Cloud" is a large-scale outdoor art installation, meticulously designed to express the image and connotation of a high-end real estate project. The installation, representing the spiritual realm of Eastern culture, features a cloud form created with lines, colors, and shapes in line with Oriental aesthetic, offering viewers a spatial morphological experience.

The realization of "River Cloud" involved the connection of more than 50,000 polygonal metal frames to create a curved cloud shape. The installation interacts with the environment through the integration of clouds, water, and smoke, creating a captivating and harmonious space.

Shang Cai's "River Cloud" boasts unique properties, standing as a landmark on the hilltop by the river, offering wide visibility and becoming a famous landmark that greatly contributes to the publicity and promotion of the project. The installation has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2023.
