Renowned designer Chunlei Sun has revealed the Zoina Joy Town Sales Office, a modern urban marketing center located at the intersection of Henan Road and Changsha Road in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang. The project draws inspiration from local elements such as Tianshan Tianchi, Nanshan Pasture, and the Silk Road, incorporating international architectural styles to create a unique and captivating space.

The 3000 square meter project stands out with its natural and simple style, creating a sense of ritual and elegance from the pre-reception space. The interior features warm gray stone, natural texture of logs, and metal, with a stone reception counter that harmonizes with art screens, blending natural elements with flexibility.

Utilizing materials such as marble, wood veneer, stainless steel, leather, and wall covering, the Zoina Joy Town Sales Office exudes a quiet and humanistic atmosphere, combining historical style with the modern city's fashion sense. The project, which commenced in January 2020 and concluded in August 2020, seamlessly balances horizontal and vertical levels, creating a space full of atmosphere and composure.

Chunlei Sun's exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021, showcasing his outstanding creativity and ingenious approach in incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
