Underground Sales Office Redefines Urban Architecture

WRight Communication introduces the Bocui Pearl, a groundbreaking underground sales office in Guangzhou, China, designed to provide a serene and unique experience for visitors. The project, completed in December 2019, offers a modern and sustainable approach to urban architecture, integrating seamlessly with the city's waterfront landscape.

The Sales Office, spanning 1149.52 sqm on a 3740.69 sqm site, is a testament to innovative design and sustainable construction. The structure, featuring white aluminum panels and high-transparent glass, creates a minimalistic facade that blends harmoniously with the surroundings.

Designed by Shanghai PTArchitects, the office is characterized by three mushroom-shaped structures that serve as vertical transportation spaces, connecting the underground space to the ground level. This unique design not only provides a tranquil environment but also offers a visually captivating experience for passersby on the city road above.

The project, winner of the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, showcases a commitment to environmental protection and energy efficiency. Utilizing recyclable aluminum plates, a rainwater collection system, and solar technology, the Sales Office sets new standards for sustainable urban architecture.
