WRight Communication's latest project, the Royal Time Residence Display Center, offers a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese gardens, fostering community and fluid circulation.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
WRight Communication proudly presents the Royal Time Residence Display Center, a captivating architectural marvel located in the heart of Taihu New Town, Suzhou, China. The project, completed in June 2020, was inspired by the classical traditional Chinese gardens of Suzhou, aiming to convey their allure while incorporating modern functionality and aesthetics.
The display center comprises three distinct buildings, each with its unique purpose, seamlessly connected by transitional spaces to form a modern courtyard. The innovative design emphasizes fluid circulation, reminiscent of the traditional gardens, creating a space where residents can socialize and communicate.
Utilizing large panels of U-profile glass as the primary material, the display center's façade exudes modernity while maintaining a connection to Suzhou's architectural heritage. The use of gray-toned rose-gold aluminum panels and locally produced clay bricks softens the building's image, ensuring a harmonious blend with the surrounding environment.
Recognizing the community's demographic, the project features a viral book-bar, offering a serene reading environment within a striking glass façade. The buildings open up to an inner courtyard, with distinct functions such as showcasing real estate, a fitness club, and a children's center, all designed to enhance the visitor's experience.
WRight Communication's Royal Time Residence Display Center was awarded the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in architecture, building, and structure design.
