Shanghai Seer Unveils SRC-3000FS

Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology Corporation introduces the SRC-3000FS, the world's first mobile robot safety controller that seamlessly integrates navigation and safety functions, marking a significant leap in industrial manufacturing automation. This innovative controller is designed to meet the diverse needs of users, ensuring safety and standard attributes for various scenarios.

The SRC-3000FS is crafted from durable, dirt-resistant metal ash and features an environment-friendly ABS surface, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. With integrated safety PLC, industrial computer, and space-grade switch, this controller offers compact design and simplified electrical connections. It meets IP65 protection standards and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -50℃ to +100℃.

Backed by robust internal algorithms, the SRC-3000FS supports a wide range of robots, from service and cleaning robots to traditional industrial installations. It optimizes cost and enhances safety by integrating essential safety features based on SLAM navigation, eliminating the need for additional safety PLC.

Shanghai Seer's SRC-3000FS project commenced in April 2022 in Shanghai and concluded in October 2022, with the product entering the global market in November 2022. This innovative controller has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in Robotics, Automaton, and Automation Design in 2023, underscoring its creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
