Neo-Chinese Residential Area in Jinan Showcases Tengyuan Design's Unique Architectural Vision

Tengyuan Design introduces the Caishi China Railway City, a neo-Chinese residential area in Jinan, inspired by the city's rich cultural heritage. The project, completed in July 2018, seamlessly blends traditional Jinan architectural elements with modernist functionality, creating a serene and elegant living space.

The design's standout feature is the application of polycarbonate material in the roof decoration board, providing unparalleled durability and safety. Additionally, the four constant technology integrated into the air conditioning system ensures a comfortable and healthy indoor environment, filtering pollutants and maintaining optimal air quality.

Embracing the local topography, the design respects the site's elevation and natural features, emphasizing the preservation and purification functions of the sponge city concept. The project commenced in February 2017, with a focus on integrating the unique characteristics of Jinan into the architectural color palette and structural elements.
