Yuzhou Langting Mansion: A Neo-Chinese Style Exhibition Center

Tengyuan Design introduces the Yuzhou Langting Mansion, an innovative Neo-Chinese style exhibition center inspired by the spiritual mountains, water, and clouds of Jimo. The design integrates traditional Chinese elements, creating a unique theme of "Guanlan Yunju" and ritual order.

The Yuzhou Langting Mansion boasts a breakthrough in spatial definition, featuring a smooth scenic design that achieves spatial continuity. The sales office reflects the mirror water like a landscape painting, while the regional planning extracts elements of Jimo ancient city, including "ritual sequence, central axis, and courtyard."

The architectural roof of the Yuzhou Langting Mansion showcases alpine ups and downs with dark grey metal verge board and antique copper drawn aluminum square, creating a contrast with the glass curtain wall background. The entrance incorporates elements such as Bogu framework, Dougong, and lantern of the local ancient city.

Measuring approximately 31 meters long from north to south and 29 meters long from east to west, the sales office building features a unique roof structure made of two parts of an arc. The entire project, from start to finish, took place in Qingdao, with construction commencing on January 8, 2019, and concluding on June 25, 2019.

Designers Zhao Guangjun, Zhang Duo, and Huang Yiming, along with the Tengyuan Design team, collaborated to bring the Yuzhou Langting Mansion to life, drawing inspiration from the local culture and the residents' connection to the mountains and rivers of Jimo.

The Yuzhou Langting Mansion has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2020, showcasing Tengyuan Design's commitment to excellence and innovation.
