Mea'ad Al-Abboud Unveils Luxurious Residential House Design in Riyadh
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Renowned designer Mea'ad Al-Abboud has unveiled the Royalty project, a luxurious residential house in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The design is a unique fusion of gothic and Islamic styles, featuring intricate exterior arches and interior columns inspired by the gothic era, combined with patterns from Islamic art. The house boasts a daily sitting room, a main guest sitting room, a luxury entrance, and an exhibition dining room designed to showcase artwork. The bedrooms are identical, creating a 5-star luxury hotel atmosphere.
Incorporating advanced techniques, the main sitting room features a stunning 3D photo lenticular printing technique, showcasing images of King Salman and Crown Prince MBS. The entrance is adorned with hand-crafted calligraphy frames displaying the 99 names of Allah, personally created by Mea'ad Al-Abboud.
The project, covering a total area of approximately 700 sqm, presents varying heights among spaces, ranging from 5.4 m to 6.5 m. The design is a result of extensive research into royal palace styles from ancient eras, with a deliberate combination of gothic and Islamic influences.
