Display Center Showcases Modern Interpretation of Traditional Sijing Culture
Positioned at the root of Shanghai in Sijing Town, the West Suburban Elegance project by Quincy Li is a display center that harmoniously blends modern design with traditional Sijing culture. The project, completed in December 2020, spans 3,300ã¡ of land and 600ã¡ of floor area, offering a unique modern garden space experience.
The design draws inspiration from the unique gardening techniques of Suzhou gardens, creating a rich space for enjoyment, play, and living in a limited area. By combining flat and sloped roofs, the project not only creates a rich space volume but also reserves ample floor area and ceiling height, offering visitors a modern garden space experience.
Recognized for its innovation and impact, the West Suburban Elegance project was awarded the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2022.
